I love sports! My favourite sport is football. I play football every weekend with my friends. I also like swimming and cycling. Sports are good for health. They make us strong and happy. I think that everyone should do a sport. It is important to stay healthy. I also like reading books and watching films.

Present Continuous : Express an action happening now.
Form : Subject + to be + verb-ing
